Company History

Founder and CEO, Christopher Low, assisted in multiple construction projects for Caviness Construction Company from 1983 through February of 2008.  10 of those years were as a field superintendent; with the last 14 years as an estimator and project manager.

Projects included, but were not limited to, small shopping centers, more than 150 tenant improvements, Rally’s Hamburger’s, Price Club/Costco and Pic n’ Save Remodels, new build Discount Tire stores, remodels of 6 existing Discount Tire stores and new build of both Jerry’s Audio locations and several office condos projects.
 

Since its inception in February of 2008, Alameda Construction, Inc. has completed multiple projects for the Phoenix Suns, U.S. Airways Center and numerous property management and leasing companies throughout the valley as well as multiple new custom homes and custom remodels.
